555 Questions for Leaders
Sometimes the next step starts with a better question.
Leaders make decisions every day, yet a familiar perspective can overlook what matters. This game offers a space for inquiry rather than another list of prescriptions: what is really happening, what remains outside your attention, what can support you and what might need to change?
Planning, administration, delegation, motivation, control and communication become different viewpoints on the same situation. Resource questions help reveal supports that can disappear in the flow of daily work. The cards do not rate a leader. Meaning emerges from the person’s context and from dialogue.
The full game contains 555 independent questions in seven thematic decks, plus an Assortment deck combining them. Seven original techniques are available with defined positions and as free layouts. Explore a question on your own or work through it with a team.
In the self-guided mini-demo, choose What Deserves Attention or Management Week, arrange several cards on a magnetic layout and save your observations as a PDF. A facilitator can help explore connections, clarify tensions and shape a realistic next action. Created by Anastasia Reshetnikova and Valentina Musina. The original cards and current interactive demo are in Russian; this passport is available in English.
