A Gift for the Career Woman
Not someone else’s ladder. A direction that feels like your own.
A career can be more than a race towards someone else’s definition of success. It can be a journey towards a life in which you feel you belong. A Gift for the Career Woman invites you to pause before takeoff: recognise your departure point, describe your desired destination and listen to what matters to you.
Avatar images and thematic cards offer fresh perspectives on experience, skills, aspirations and inner limitations. The game does not assign you a profession or hand you universal advice. It helps you find your own language for the next decision. A career map and a personal declaration connect reflection with intention.
The self-guided mini-demo offers three brief manoeuvres: choose cards, reflect and capture a personal takeaway in a PDF. A free facilitated demo adds clarifying questions, dialogue and a more attentive exploration of direction. Facilitators can experience the game’s language and consider how to use it in career conversations.
Created by Natalia Lobanova and Anastasia Reshetnikova. The full game contains 8 decks and 400 cards, including double-sided avatars. The mini-demo’s symbolic winged shoes mark saved reflections, not a promised career outcome. This passport is in English; the original cards and current interactive demo are in Russian.
